Zachary Kieffer practices in the fields of commercial real estate, land-use, zoning, business law, collections and commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters, with bar admissions in Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
Zachary graduated from University of Baltimore School of Law (2011). He later worked as an Associate Attorney at a litigation firm in Baltimore City and served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Leo E. Green, Jr. in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County.
A Washington County native and Smithsburg High School graduate, Zachary returned to the area in 2014 to join the law firm of Divelbiss & Wilkinson, before opening his own practice in 2018.
Zachary is actively involved in the community, serving as Secretary on the Executive Board of Directors - The Maryland Theatre, Board of Trustees - Washington County Free Library, and Board of Directors - ARC of Washington County. He previously served as President of the Rotary Club of Hagerstown-Sunrise.
